Actuarial Analyst II – Reserving - P&C

📍 100% Remote (U.S. Based)
💰 $70,000 – $105,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits

An established and growing P&C carrier is seeking an Actuarial Analyst II to join its Reserving team and play a key role in quarterly and annual loss reserve analyses that directly support financial reporting, profitability management, and business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an actuarial professional looking to deepen their reserving expertise while working closely with Finance, Accounting, Claims, and senior actuarial leadership.

What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly and annual loss reserve analyses using established actuarial methods
• Support financial statement and regulatory reporting processes
• Partner with Finance and Accounting during quarterly close cycles
• Review data, assumptions, and calculations to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Identify process improvements and enhance reserving workflows
• Respond to auditor and cross-functional business requests
• Manage reserving-related projects and deliverables

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of P&C actuarial experience
• Reserving experience strongly preferred
• 4+ CAS exams preferred
• Experience with ResQ or similar reserving platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or VBA
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
