Colossal Contracting, LLC is looking for Cleared Systems Administrators to support a new team under our government customer in Idaho Falls, ID. This individual must have an active DOE L clearance or an active DOD Secret clearance at a minimum. This individual will be a full-time employee whose primary responsibility will be providing system administrative coverage for equipment and software.
- Installation, secure configuration and administration of server software.
- Ensure all FDM-related servers and server software are implemented and maintained in accordance with applicable cybersecurity requirements (e.g., DISA STIGs, NNL hardening standards, and other approved security baselines), including secure installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
- Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC), authentication including multi-factor authentication (MFA) where required, and authorization for all FDM applications.
- Establish and maintain security monitoring, incident detection/response processes, and audit logging for all supported systems.
- Creation and management of FDM SharePoint sites and end-user interface using Microsoft SharePoint, C#, .NET, Visual Studios (VS) Code, JavaScript and Python development platforms.
- Develop streamlined FDM data capture, management, and access processes and mechanisms.
- Build and maintain Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server databases with FDM data.
- Support the roll out of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) FDM-specific software updates and patches.
- Advise the FDM team on software purchases and distribution.
- Build FDM data ecosystem for NNL to allow users to submit, review, and retrieve accurate facility data.
- Conduct FDM software server maintenance, market research, and purchase preparation such as Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates.
- Analyze NNL FDM information and make recommendations on how to integrate that data into a cohesive FDM one source of truth repository.
- Support development of various FDM use cases and user interfaces including database development, site map management, and creating new user interfaces.
- Investigate need for new servers for FDM data including reality capture scans. Develop specifications and requirements and advise FDM leads to acquire, install, setup, and manage new server(s).
- Implement load balancing, high availability, backup/restore, and disaster recovery capabilities for all mission-critical applications.
- Assist the NRF FDM team in developing schedules and milestones for completing FDM IT-related work.
Requirements
Experience level must meet or exceed the following:
- Database creation and management
- Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Software deployment
- Two (2) years of SharePoint development
- Two (2) years of ServiceNow application development
- Two (2) years of Microsoft PowerApps development
- Three (3) years of server hardening experience using DISA STIG hardening guidelines
Travel
Travel would not be required for this opportunity.
