Description
Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for an Asset Management Supervisor to support our CPE ST3 contract in Orlando, FL.
Position Overview:
The Asset Management Supervisor oversees the Asset Management team and daily operations, ensuring accountability, lifecycle management, and audit readiness for all program assets. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies and federal acquisition regulations while maintaining accurate inventory controls across all assigned programs.
Job Duties:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and daily oversight to the Asset Management team.
- Ensure effective control and accountability of all Contract Acquired Property (CAP) or Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with FARS/DFARS.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate with contract representatives on disposition, transfer, LDD, fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of CAP/GFE.
- Conduct research of property documentation including hand receipts, automated reports, purchase orders, turn-ins, and transfers.
- Resolve discrepancies within the Property Management System or with responsible officials.
- Review property operations, reports, and records. • Perform pickup and hands-on delivery activities for CAP/GFE.
- Verify quantities of received assets against shipping and receiving documents.
- Conduct quarterly physical inventories.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, property accountability, or logistics operations.
- Preferred 5-7 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience in a military program office, operational unit, or defense acquisition/logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead and mentor small teams.
- Experience with accountability records, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform equipment/material handling using tools such as pallet jacks, forklifts, strapping/wrapping machines.
- Knowledge of policies and regulations for shipment activities associated with GFE under FARS/DFARS.
- Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., PIEE) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage short timelines during complex activities.
- Work may require lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.; daily pallet jack operation; ability to stand, sit, walk, handle materials, stoop, kneel, crawl, and push/pull.
- An Active Dod Secret Clearance is Required to Start.
