Memphis Regional Fleet. Home every week. Here's what you need to know.
Pay:
- $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross
- CPM based on experience
- Guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles
- Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
- $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours
- $100/day layover/breakdown pay
- $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months)
Route:
- Home weekly, 34-hour reset
- 100% no-touch freight, 50 to 60% drop and hook
- ~1,800 miles/week average
- 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Requirements:
- 21+, valid Class A CDL from one state, license held 12+ months
- 3+ months T/T experience (40ft+) in last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligible
- Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years
- Max 3 jobs in last 12 months
- No DUI/DWI in past 10 years
- Pass drug test and DOT physical
Trainer Program: 1 year OTR experience + 30 days at the company = guaranteed $250/week plus mileage bonuses, $20,000+/year potential.
