About the opportunity:

This is a role for someone who is curious, proactive and energised by pace - with the opportunity to learn from experienced property leaders and play a hands on role in how we manage, improve and unlock potential across our assets.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support the performance of a high-quality property portfolio by assisting with the full suite of property management activities across a mixed portfolio of investment-grade assets.
Help create exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships with tenant customers and supporting a customer-first approach across day-to-day property management.
Contribute to asset performance and long-term value through reporting, asset planning, budgeting, forecasting, arrears management and proactive operational support.
Play a hands-on role in risk, compliance and operational excellence by supporting inspections, contractor management, lease administration, essential services and safety-related requirements.
Support Charter Hall’s sustainability and environmental ambitions by assisting with sustainability initiatives, data collection, reporting and environmental schemes across the portfolio.
What you’ll bring to the team
Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Sound management reporting capability.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint.
Team player – ability to participate and contribute.
Pro-active and able to use initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
A desire to learn business objectives and grow skills above and beyond the key responsibilities.
