The Product Management Specialist (with background in Life Science) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing end-to-end content delivery workflows, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams. This role manages incoming work requests, prioritization, capacity planning, governance processes, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities include managing project intake and triage, facilitating governance and status meetings, tracking delivery performance, identifying risks and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous process improvements. The role also supports content governance, documentation, reporting, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields.
- Experience in Life Sciences
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience managing end-to-end project or content delivery workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with capacity planning, prioritization, and governance processes.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content production, and multi-channel delivery processes.
