Description
AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs healthcare professionals throughout all of California. At the moment we are in need of a Physical Therapist to take on a Full-Time assignment at a medical facility located in Tulare, CA. This is a full-time assignment.
Position Details:
40 Hours per week
Location: Tulare, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Rate: $80/hr 1099 (Travel/W2 rate available)

Job Description:
Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their condition and establish treatment goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient needs, and physician recommendations.
Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to provide therapeutic interventions for patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
