Regional Vice President of Sales – West Coast - California
Our client is a leading provider of innovative label and packaging solutions serving a diverse range of consumer and industrial markets. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead growth across the West Coast.
This high-impact leadership role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive revenue and profitability, expand key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The RVP will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish sales objectives, optimize performance, and build a high-performing sales culture.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within printing, packaging, or a related technical industry, with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue goals and developing successful sales teams. Strong business acumen, strategic planning, customer relationship skills, and experience using CRM and sales analytics are essential.
