For our location in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg/Austria) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Flavour Development department as Flavourist (all genders):

YOUR MISSION

• Leading projects to develop new flavourings and flavour components according to customer requirements
• Processing GC-MS analysis data·Optimizing existing products and formulations
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (particularly the EU Flavouring Regulation)
• Developing new processes for extracting extracts and flavour compounds
• Conducting and participating in tastings and evaluating sensory tests
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance & Analytics, Marketing, Food Law, Sales)
• Maintaining bill of materials lists and raw material data in the PDM system
• Producing product samples as needed

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food technology, or a related field; alternatively, comprehensive training as a flavourist with a strong interest in flavours
• 5 years of experience in flavour development for the food and beverage industry
• Excellent sensory skills
• Creativity combined with technical expertise
• Experience with gas chromatography (GCMS)
• Curiosity and strong market knowledge regarding flavours and their applications
• A structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work, paired with a proactive, “hands-on” mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of another language, especially German, is a plus
