At DBS Residential Solutions, our Service Technicians work with homeowners who already know and trust DBS. You'll visit existing customers, inspect and service their home protection systems, identify potential concerns, and help homeowners understand solutions that can keep their homes healthy, safe, and comfortable for years to come.

This isn't cold calling. You won't spend your day knocking on doors trying to find customers.

Your appointments are scheduled for you.

You bring the personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the training, tools, vehicle, and support to help you become an expert.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll be one of the trusted faces our customers see after their original DBS project is complete.

You'll visit homeowners to inspect, maintain, and service their existing systems while looking at the overall health and performance of their home.

You'll:

• Perform scheduled service and maintenance appointments
• Inspect existing DBS systems and identify potential concerns
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Explain what you're seeing in a way homeowners can easily understand
• Educate customers about maintenance, upgrades, and additional solutions when appropriate
• Recommend products or services that can further protect their home
• Complete quality service work and documentation
• Build relationships that keep customers confident in DBS long after their original project
• Deliver the kind of experience that makes customers want to call DBS again—and recommend us to others

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything about foundations, waterproofing, concrete, or home performance on day one.

We'll teach you.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people
• Is comfortable having sales conversations
• Likes solving problems and learning how things work
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is dependable and organized
• Can work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Takes pride in doing things the right way
• Is motivated by both helping customers and increasing their earning potential
• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, service, or sales can be helpful—but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers matter just as much.
