Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a warm, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and contributing to a team that is committed to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
• Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative projects
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Provide administrative support to facility departments as needed
• Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Friendly, professional, and dependable work ethic
• Healthcare experience is a plus
