Are you ready to take the next step in your DC consulting career? Join Gallagher, one of the world’s leading insurance and risk management firms. We’re looking for a DC Director to work in a friendly, flexible environment where you’ll have autonomy and the support of a growing, innovative organisation.

How you'll make an impact

In this senior leadership role, you’ll take responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, including master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs, and pension providers. You’ll also:

  • Shape Gallagher’s DC strategy.
  • Conduct industry-leading research.
  • Enhance technology to improve our work.
  • Lead marketing, public relations, and business development efforts.

You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, driving the success of our DC practice and influencing the future of pensions consulting.

About you

  • Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients.
  • Combines strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset.
  • Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow.
  • Builds trusted relationships with clients.

It’s a bonus if you:

  • Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
  • Have experience co-leading client relationships.
  • Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
