Drive the Supply Chain Behind World-Class Mission-Critical Infrastructure

The successful delivery of hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure requires more than exceptional construction execution. It requires strategic procurement, disciplined supply chain management, strong vendor relationships, and proactive planning to ensure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are available when and where they are needed.

At Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS), we deliver some of North America's largest and most complex mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects. As the general contracting and EPC delivery arm of Michels, MIS leverages the self-perform capabilities of the Michels Family of Companies to execute every phase of construction, from site development and utilities through power infrastructure, commissioning, and project closeout.

Our teams support leading technology companies and developers by delivering the critical infrastructure required to power cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital connectivity. Known for tackling challenging scopes, aggressive schedules, and complex project environments, MIS combines the resources of a national EPC contractor with the accountability, agility, and hands-on leadership needed to successfully deliver world-class mission-critical facilities.

  • Develop procurement reports, forecasting tools, vendor performance metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure procurement activities support project schedules and operational needs.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement, logistics, and supply chain risks before they impact project performance.
  • Support startup, commissioning, and turnover activities through effective material and equipment management.
