How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for an Associate, Client Services to join our Client Services Team from LATAM, reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM. As an Audiences Specialist at Epsilon, you will be responsible for providing support to clients to promote the adoption and guidelines in the use of audiences and will collaborate with different teams including Product, Sales, Technology and more.

 

You will have the opportunity to take on challenges from scratch, developing practices to help improve benefits for our clients, and the challenge of analyzing data from a comprehensive view of the industry, providing interested parties with the best solutions to meet their business goals.  

Responsibilities

What You’ll Achieve

• Act as the primary point of contact regarding technical issues and inquiries, providing guidance on the product and troubleshooting. 
• Develop and automate internal usage processes and guidelines manuals for audience product
• Identify and report issues, bugs, and other errors to internal product and/or technology teams.
• Analize reports sent by clients. Provide guidelines and audience optimization. 
• Work as a liaison between client services and technology to enhance support processes and propose new functionalities.
• Focused on providing first-level support to our internal and external customers.
• Be a strategic partner with the Sales team to help breaking down opportunities and increase the client lifetime value

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

• Experience in managing and analyzing Digital Campaign Reports
• Experience in working with clients from different industries knowing the needs of each one in their digital activities.  
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Very organized 
• Experience in handling social or programmatic platforms. 
• Willingness and proactivity for learning and adopting new tools, both internal and external.
• Intermediate level of English (B2).
• Self-motivated and committed to exceeding performance targets with passion.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented, excelling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
