Territory Marketing Manager II (Medior) (m/f/n)

Your main tasks will be: 

• Implement ESET marketing strategy proactively in assigned growth markets (excluding top-tier/strategic markets), and reactively in remaining assigned markets 

• Review the yearly marketing plan, provides feedback on marketing activities based on business objectives and priorities 

• Prioritize marketing activities within allocated budgets

• Recommend relevant global marketing activities to ESET partners from global marketing guidelines to support company strategic goals 

• Process Marketing Development Funds and Business Development Funds claims. 

• Ensure smooth deployment of priority global marketing projects. 

• Prioritize initiatives in alignment with sales and digital business teams. 

• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities

• Conduct and lead periodic marketing activity review meetings. 

• Serve as the global marketing representative for assigned markets. 

• Collaborate with sales, business development, and global marketing teams 

• Provide contract compliance and reporting, identify any partner non-compliance Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company

What we expect from you: 

Education: 

• University degree (marketing, economics, business, or similar). 

Experience & Skills: 

• At least 3 years experiences in marketing, channel marketing, project coordination, or a similar role. Prior experience in an IT or tech company is preferred.

• Organized, results oriented with good execution skills and ability to evaluate impact 

• Good communication skills, negotiation and relationship management 

• Teamwork, consensus orientation 

• Enjoys working in cross-cultural environment 

• Ability to orient in a complex environment with regular guidance/support from superior 

• English at an advanced level (C1); other languages are a plus

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 

Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
