THE JOB
The Sponsorships Manager develops commercial relationships with brands for Live Nation Entertainment / Bizarro Peru, identifying new sponsorship opportunities and managing existing agreements. Based in Lima, Peru and reporting to the Entertainment Director, the role grows sponsorship revenue, ensures delivery of sponsor rights and commitments, strengthens long-term relationships, and coordinates activations, reporting, and renewals.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Prospect brands, agencies, and categories with sponsorship potential across concerts, festivals, and LNE / Bizarro Peru assets to build a qualified pipeline and new revenue opportunities.
- Develop commercial proposals and sponsorship packages that integrate rights, branding, content, hospitality, ticketing, and experiences to maximize the value of available assets.
- Present, negotiate, and close sponsorship agreements in line with approved pricing, inventory, and authorization parameters.
- Manage sponsors and active agreements, tracking rights, deliverables, dates, and commitments to support contractual compliance, sponsor satisfaction, and commercial continuity.
- Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Ticketing, Finance, and Legal to execute activations and sponsor benefits in alignment with each event operation.
- Manage inventory, categories, exclusivities, and committed rights by property or event to prevent category conflicts, overselling of assets, and contractual risk.
- Track contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, collections, and related documentation in coordination with Finance and Legal.
- Maintain current pipeline, forecast, sales, activations, and renewal information, and report performance, risks, opportunities, and progress against goals to leadership.
- Prepare post-event reports and evidence of delivery using relevant sponsor metrics to demonstrate value and support renewals and upselling.
- Maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers, identifying renewal, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions, supporting operational excellence, quality, and safety.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- Higher education or university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, brand partnerships, business development, or account management; experience in entertainment, events, media, agencies, or consumer goods is preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and business development, sponsorship, brand partnerships, and activations.
- Strong skills in proposal development, negotiation, and contractual follow-up.
- Experience working with budgets, forecasts, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate to advanced English is preferred.
- Commercial and results orientation, with strong negotiation, persuasion, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, follow-through, analytical ability, teamwork, proactivity, problem solving, attention to detail, and integrity.
