Schedule
Monday through Friday 6:30am until finish, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities Include
Cleans, trims, slices meat using knives, cleavers, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
Inspects and performs Quality Control checks and communicates with supervisors and managers regarding any defects.
Separates meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers.
Weighs meats and tag containers for weight and contents.
Follows company’s detailed product specifications.
Performs other duties as assigned
What we require
Must have working knowledge of production equipment.
Demonstrate ability to trim various cuts of meats in an accurate and timely manner.
Follows company’s Quality Control procedures and meet customer specifications.
Must be a team player and work in a fast paced, high pressure, challenging environment.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
