Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about data quality? Do you enjoy working with large datasets and using Excel to transform information into accurate and meaningful insights?
We are looking for a Database Operator (Danish Speaker) to join our dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and enhancing product and customer data while supporting business operations across the Nordic region.

What You'll Do
Maintain and update product reference databases for the Danish market, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality.
Classify, standardize, and organize data according to established business rules and guidelines.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality control activities.
Analyze and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with local stakeholders and international teams to validate and enrich database content.
Generate data reports and support ad hoc analysis requests.
Investigate and resolve routine data issues in a timely manner.
Document processes, procedures, and data management activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Danish and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
Icelandic language skills are highly valued.
Previous experience in data entry, database management, reporting, administration, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
Experience working in a multinational environment is considered an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in Business, Administration, Data Management, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
