We are currently looking for an Analyst 2, Sales & Marketing Data Scientist to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

This role will be responsible for supporting NCF Sales and Marketing initiatives by collaborating with internal and external business partners and SME’s to develop advanced reporting and insights to support leadership decision making.
A Day in the Life:
Job functions Include but are not limited to:
- Providing Regions and Dealers Sales and Service Support through ongoing contact and collaboration with field team and management to assess concerns, identify issues, and coordinate efforts and provide support including setting up or updating new dealers & models
- Co-ordinating market & business intelligence activities.
- Assisting in the development and administration of Marketing Programs and Dealer incentive programs and liaise with suppliers and other departments as required.
- Extracting relevant data, modeling business processes, discovering business insights, and identifying opportunities through the use of in-depth statistical, algorithmic, data mining and visualization techniques
- Collaborating with internal and external SME’s to select relevant sources of information, and engage within the Internal Analytics, IS, Marketing & Sales as well as the Customer Experience teams to document, analyze and validate analytics solution objectives and requirements
- Conducting performance analysis, preparing reports and presenting insights to management and executive as required.
- Preparing, tracking and communicating monthly/quarterly target performance and rewards metrics for field team and/or dealers
- Supporting management requests/special projects including the planning and delivery of special projects or events and other duties as required.
Who We’re Looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
- University or College Degree required or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization tools including Power B.I. and Tableau
- Experience using Python, Snowflake, SQL and Salesforce to manage and analyze data (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, EXCEL and other MS Applications is required.
The incumbent must demonstrate attention to detail; customer service, organizational and time management skills. Working well independently and with minimum supervision. Ability to effectively communicate in English to Dealers, Regional and Internal staff is required (ability to conduct communication in French will be considered an asset). Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range:
$77,711.00 - $96,034.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
