About the Role

As a Glazier with O’Brien, you’ll be responsible for:

• On‑site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects – both new builds and replacements

• Delivering high‑quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team

• Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O’Brien brand with pride

• Working flexible rosters, including the option of a 4‑day week (10‑hour days)

• Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives

About You

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)

• A current driver’s licence

• Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288 and relevant local glazing/construction regulations

• A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience

• A friendly, approachable communication style

• Great attention to detail, strong time‑management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
