Launch Excellence Lead

Typical Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional programs, to grow market share, improve customer engagement, and strengthen brand equity.
- Analyse market and competitor data, oversee research initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional, advertising, and public relations activities to identify opportunities, guide decision-making, and manage risk.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners, help fostering clear, high-level communication to ensure alignment and effective delivery of business objectives.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholder decisions & collaborations to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Implement and monitor the progress of commercial and promotional plans, taking corrective action as needed to meet business goals and ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements across markets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues, contributing to talent development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Design, deliver, and continually improve educational and training programs for field and customer service personnel, ensuring consistent, up-to-date brand knowledge and effective program rollout.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across key business areas, advising and influencing peers and leaders to ensure the successful integration and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective and efficient support to the field/customer service personnel with respect to the development and delivery of educational and promotional programs.
- Assess the viability of a full-scale rollout of a program based on the findings of test markets, pilots, or models.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry or relevant professional experience; Commercial experience; Understanding of the US market access landscape and the legal/regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry required; Business Acumen; Scientific Acumen; Insight & Analytics; Digital Acumen; Growth & Innovation Mindset.
Desirable: Advanced degree(s) in business or science or MBA in relevant field; Prior management/supervisory experience; Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets strategy; Experience in Insight/Market Research; Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience; Experience in Emerging or DFL role.
