`Overview
Responsible for driving the growth, commercial performance and strategic development of Keppel's Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), Cooling and decarbonisation businesses in Thailand.
Working closely with Keppel Headquarters, joint venture partners, customers, government agencies and ecosystem partners, the incumbent will play a key role in expanding Keppel's market presence and delivering sustainable long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Lead the growth and expansion of EaaS, Cooling, decarbonisation and related infrastructure businesses in Thailand.
- Develop and execute the Thailand growth strategy in alignment with Keppel's regional business objectives.
- Identify, originate and secure new business opportunities across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre, mixed-use, hospitality and public sectors.
- Lead end-to-end business development, including customer engagement, commercial structuring, financial modelling, contract negotiations, investment proposals and contract execution.
- Build strategic partnerships with customers, developers, government agencies, utilities, technology providers and other key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline while delivering agreed growth, revenue and profitability targets.
Joint Venture & Portfolio Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with joint venture partners while safeguarding Keppel's commercial, financial and strategic interests.
- Lead shareholder engagements, governance processes and strategic planning across Keppel's Thailand portfolio.
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, financial performance, governance, risk management and compliance across Keppel's Thailand entities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 10–15 years of relevant experience in energy, utilities, cooling, infrastructure, or related industries, with a proven track record in leadership and business development.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, financial modelling, investment evaluation, commercial structuring and contract negotiations.
- Experience managing P&L, business operations, and joint ventures or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
