Senior Engineer/ Principal Engineer

Job Description

Overview         

Providing technical responsibility for engineering design delivery for Bridge / Highway projects

Your role

• Undertake peer design reviews on projects.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects.
• Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget.
• Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers.
• Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects.
• Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients.

About you

• Chartered Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 - 12 years’ relevant working experience.
• Have experience of, and a strong interest in Highway, Bridge, Airport, Rail infrastructure design.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
