Short Description
Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department, HIV counseling and testing. Patient education for laboratory test collection and preservation. Enter all laboratory data in appropriate data bases. Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department. Education Requirements

Vocational/Technical School preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
