Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Manager to support and drive the performance of our real estate sales operations. This role involves handling team supervision, sales strategy execution, client management, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily sales activities of the team
- Help implement sales strategies and revenue initiatives
- Assist clients throughout the buying and closing process
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate sales events
- Develop relationships with brokers and referral partners
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
- Motivate the team through coaching and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred
- With at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Familiar with sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven and willing to do field work as needed
