Customer Manager

Responsibilities:​

• Identify and develop growth opportunities through market and customer insights
• Build strategic relationships across customers and value chain stakeholders
• Leverages customer intimacy, identify customers' unmet needs and Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver customer value and innovation
• Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan
• Support market development and business growth initiatives
• Lead/influence cross-functional efforts to deliver customer value and innovation
• Drive opportunity pipelines and commercialization outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Several years of progressive commercial, business development, marketing, or customer-facing experience; technical background/experience is a plus
• Experience identifying and advancing growth opportunities or business initiatives
• Result-oriented with track records to deliver on the business growth
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders
• Effective communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin 
• Willing to travel (domestic)
