- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate software delivery.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and profiling client server applications.
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Practical knowledge of API-first design to help build a new, API-first, microservices cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience coding C# and .NET.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing C#, .NET applications.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Experience with spec-driven or design-first development practices.
- 5+ years of experience working with RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc).
- 5+ years of experience writing full-stack applications with HTML, CSS, JS, etc.
- Experience with React, Angular or similar technology a plus.
- Experience with.NET 8+.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc).
- Experience writing software for and deploying services to cloud providers (Azure cloud, AWS, GCP).
- Experience deploying software to a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
- Experience with writing RESTful APIs.
- Thorough understanding of microservices architecture, service scalability and performance optimization.
- Thorough understanding of OOP, lightweight processes, memory, data storage, user interfaces, and networking.
- Experience with NoSQL a plus.
- Experience with IAM technologies a plus.
