The iOS Lead is responsible for leading the iOS engineering team, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-quality iOS applications. This is a hands-on role that requires active participation in coding while also leading the team and engaging in key sprint meetings. The iOS Lead ensures that development processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the iOS team, manage daily operations, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Technical Strategy & Execution: Define best practices, design advanced architectures, drive innovation, and make key technical decisions.

• Development Process & Quality Assurance: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated with iOS trends, lead refactoring initiatives, remove technical bottlenecks, and evaluate new technologies.

• Hands-On Coding: Actively participate in coding tasks and critical sprint meetings to ensure technical alignment and delivery.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
