Job Responsibilities:
- Help to ensure efficient operation of the Butler Department and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner's assets.
- Inspect Mansion front and back-of-house (including pantries and storerooms) routinely throughout the day; audit staff adherence to Hotel policies and procedures in all phases of service and job functions; follow up with designated personnel where needed.
- Supervise all tasks of Butler personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
- Prepare Villas prior to arrival and service Villas of staying guests in accordance with established departmental standards and policies & procedures.
- Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demands.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office.
- Concierge PMS and HotSOS an advantage.
