Position Tittle: Senior Structural Engineer / Coordinator
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and plan civil and structural engineering works.
Prepare design calculations and drawings and submit required documents to the relevant authorities.
Ensure plans and reports are submitted on time to consultants and relevant authorities.
Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other trades such as M&E and architectural teams to address project specifications and technical matters.
Support project coordination and oversee structural and civil works on site to ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings.
Attend meetings, including technical meetings and site inspections during the construction phase of the project.
Monitor and track test reports, testing activities, ST, Green Mark scheme, and constructability scheme requirements.
Manage document control and compile records in accordance with the company’s ISO standards.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in structural coordination within A1 main construction companies and large-scale construction projects.
Experience in hospital or condominium projects is an advantage.
Good understanding of structural specifications and requirements.
Able to work independently, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
