Your missions
In this challenging position, your main role is to acquire new business and manage existing accounts within the sales Europe region. In the process of acquiring new businesses, you are constantly building up your potential clients and other relevant market players. Furthermore, you follow the market development, and product innovations and conduct systematic market analyses. You stay in close contact with the customer, which enables you to ensure optimal customer support and sustain a long-term and strategic partnership.
- Secure adapted prospection volume
- Assess with the customer the existing needs and offer adapted solutions decided with the operations
- Manage the offer process following call for tenders
- Negotiate and finalize contracts
- Ensure an optimal and comprehensive handover of the placed orders
- Prepare quotations and check their content in cooperation with the technical department
- Suggest improvement solutions in terms of development and/or corrective actions
- Establish the necessary trade agreements with the clients and measure clients’ satisfaction to identify and launch corrective actions together with the Operational Managers
- Secure continuous update of commercial tools
Your profile
- Graduated in Economics, Business Management, Sales
- Experience as Sales Manager in the aviation / MRO industry or any equivalent sector
- Good with written and oral communication
- Demonstrable success in international cross-cultural selling
- Deep knowledge of the aeronautical branch and its key companies
- Customer relation management: listening, deal with requirements and offering solutions
- Excellent at organizing tasks (identify, prioritize, complete and delegate tasks appropriately to meet deadlines)
- Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, etc…)
- Willingness to travel
- Used to work in a multicultural environment
- English: C1 level
- German: B2 level
- Driving license required
- Dynamic and very discipline at work
