An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly competitive sector. This role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end bid processes, supporting business growth through high-quality tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid process from initial opportunity through to submission
- Identify, assess, and respond to tender opportunities across relevant frameworks and portals
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and financial input
- Develop high-quality, compelling written responses tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and bid deliverables to ensure timely submissions
- Maintain and improve bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
- Analyse bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve success rates
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and tender requirements
- Build strong relationships across departments to support bid strategy and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Bid Manager or similar bid/tender writing role
- Strong understanding of public and/or private sector procurement processes
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Experience within health and social care (desirable but not essential)
