Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
Position Title: Project Manager (Residential Building Construction)
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Oversee all on-site works, including structural, architectural, building, M&E, and interior fitting works.
Manage assigned projects to ensure progress, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Prepare and review project documents such as progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.
Manage defect rectification and improvement works for completed projects.
Implement and maintain quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Strong project coordination and management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience in residential building projects.
Alternatively, a Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
Relevant certifications such as SCDP or CCPP will be an added advantage.
