Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville. 
• Consistently high patient satisfaction and employee engagement scores. 
• Stable in-house Hospitalist program has been in place for 20+ years – strong core group, excellent retention, collegial environment. 
• Dedicated Nocturnists on staff via telemedicine. Hospitalist service also includes Intensivists, Neuro, Peds, and Geriatrics at our flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC. 
• Supportive administration, collegial relationships with Primary Care and specialists, and easy access to sub-specialists. 
• Efficient patient transfer process throughout the system. 
• Desirable block schedule 7 on/7 off (180 shifts/year).

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency program, and board certification or eligibility required. 
• 2 years of Hospitalist experience preferred. 
• Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA ACLS certification.
