Position Summary:
CNA’s provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor.
Qualifications: If you meet the below – please apply!
- Current state CNA - Certified Nurisng Assistant license
- Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Responsibilities:
- Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
- Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse)
- Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
- Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided
