As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is accurately managed and orders are fulfilled promptly. What You'll Do:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments of auto parts, verifying quantities and condition.
- Organize and stock parts in designated warehouse locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment or customer pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided as needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent service to customers who may pick up orders in person.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. repeatedly).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory look-up and order processing.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Have a valid drivers license for at least two years.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with auto parts and terminology.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
