OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Design Works. In this position, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and high-performance functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimizing performance as needed.RequirementsProven experience in full stack development.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to haveExperience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
