Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour
Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, and we are proud to announce the opening of our new residential treatment facility in Concord, MA. This center will provide high-quality care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
We are currently seeking Full-Time Drivers to support daily operations and ensure reliable, compassionate transportation for our clients. Our Drivers often serve as the first point of face-to-face contact for individuals entering treatment, making this a meaningful and rewarding role.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time with evening availability required, including some weekends
Starting Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
- Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety
- Maintain required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Lift up to 50 lbs. if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical behavior
