Key Responsibilities:

• Smooth, level, and finish poured concrete surfaces to achieve flawless results.

• Expertise with hand tools, including trowels, screeds, and edgers.

• Operate machinery such as walk-behind trowels and other concrete equipment.

• Competently finish curb, gutter, cast-in-place stairs, and slabs on metal decks.

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

• Familiarity with mix designs, admixtures, and FF/FL standards is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.

• ACI certification or equivalent preferred. - not required!

• Ability to operate forklifts and skid loaders is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Physically capable of performing tasks involving crawling, sliding, and hand-tool use.
