Case manager

Position Overview: Activate Marketing Services, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced case manager to join our team. The case manager will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our marketing services. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, goals and satisfaction with our services- Develop and maintain individualized care plans for each client, outlining their specific marketing objectives and strategies- Collaborate with our marketing team to implement and execute marketing plans for assigned clients- Monitor and track the progress and success of marketing campaigns for clients- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for clients' businesses- Devise creative solutions to meet clients' unique marketing needs and challenges- Provide ongoing education and assistance to clients with regard to marketing strategies and best practices- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and share insights and recommendations with clients- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote Activate Marketing Services and build relationships with potential clients- Compile and present reports to senior management on the performance of case management and client satisfaction Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously- High level of organization and attention to detail- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus Salary: $82,0000-$93,0000 per year Why work for us: At Activate Marketing Services, LLC., we are a tight-knit team with a passion for delivering exceptional marketing solutions to our clients.
