Job Overview
The Assistant Manager – Business Development will drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and expand the Industry Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Industry Services across multiple sectors.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
- Conduct B2B meetings, presentations, client visits, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams on product and market development initiatives.
- Manage proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Support business growth through existing clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Experience in a service-oriented organization is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Process Industries, Construction, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
