ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a senior operational and commercial F&B; leadership role supporting the Director of F&B; in overseeing all outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star service standards. The ideal candidate brings proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, with a hands-on approach and genuine passion for team development and guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
- Ensure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functions
- Lead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B culture
- Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the F&B; division
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management to achieve financial targets
- Oversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary team
- Step into the Director of F&B; role and take full operational ownership during absences
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience within luxury hospitality
- Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required
- Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
- Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required
