About Aspirion
At Aspirion, our mission is simple and meaningful: to help healthcare providers get paid accurately, quickly, and transparently for the care they deliver. By combining deep human expertise with advanced technology and AI, we are helping make healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone.
For more than two decades, Aspirion has been a market leader in revenue cycle services, specializing in some of the most complex and high impact areas of reimbursement. From challenging denials and zero balance reviews to aged accounts receivable, motor vehicle accident claims, workers’ compensation, Veterans Affairs, and out of state Medicaid, we take on the work that others cannot solve and deliver real results for our clients. At the heart of that success is our team. Our teammates are the foundation of everything we do. With more than 1,400 individuals across the organization, we are united by a shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes and creating meaningful impact for the hospitals and health systems we serve.
We are building a results driven environment where high performance, collaboration, and continuous growth are expected and supported. The people who thrive here bring a growth mindset, stay open to new technology, and collaborate across teams to solve problems. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and driven team, engage with innovative technology, and play a direct role in solving complex challenges that matter.
Joining Aspirion means more than taking a job. It means being part of a team that is shaping the future of healthcare operations while making a measurable difference for providers and patients alike.
The Senior Client Integrations Manager coordinates client upgrades to current Aspirion specifications and enhancements to inbound and outbound data exchanges across Aspirion’s revenue cycle portfolio. The role connects Client Services, client IT and EHR teams, and internal Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure requirements are complete, impacts are understood, testing is coordinated, and changes are ready for production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate client specification upgrades and data-exchange enhancements from discovery through go-live and post-production validation.
- Obtain and validate specifications, file layouts, mappings, code lists, sample files, testing requirements, and implementation schedules.
- Assess impacts to inbound and outbound files, account updates, billing indicators, notes and activity interfaces, and workflows.
- Document requirements, mapping rules, decisions, risks, dependencies, and client-specific configuration needs.
- Manage project plans, milestones, owners, action items, status reporting, escalations, readiness criteria, and implementation handoffs.
- Coordinate sample-file validation, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, triage, cutover, and hypercare.
- Maintain client specification and data-exchange profiles, upgrade history, and a forward-looking view of planned changes and readiness.
- Identify opportunities to standardize specifications, mappings, documentation, testing practices, and reusable data-exchange patterns.
COMPETENCIES
- Client-facing communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for business and operational audiences.
- Cross-functional leadership, ownership, follow-through, and sound escalation judgment.
- Requirements analysis, data mapping, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Project planning and delivery across multiple client initiatives and dependencies.
- Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle workflows, data quality, and testing.
- Attention to detail in specifications, mappings, testing evidence, approvals, and handoffs.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business, IT, or a related field. A combination of relevant certifications and equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle systems, client implementations, specification upgrades, or data exchanges.
- Experience leading cross-functional, client-facing technical initiatives from requirements through validation.
- Working knowledge of inbound and outbound healthcare data exchanges between vendors and clients, including SFTP and flat-file exchanges, file specifications, field mapping, testing, and data validation.
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems and revenue cycle workflows, with hands-on Epic experience required. Epic certification or accreditation is preferred; experience with Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, or other major platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and interface technologies, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs, is preferred.
- Experience working for or with a healthcare revenue cycle vendor is preferred; PMP or a comparable credential is a plus.
SUCCESS MEASURES
- Upgrade and data-exchange milestones, requirements, testing, and readiness decisions are completed against agreed plans.
- Risks, dependencies, and specification gaps are identified and escalated early.
- Cycle time from discovery through production is improved through timely decisions, complete requirements, and coordinated execution.
- Upgrade-related defects, rework, and avoidable production disruptions are reduced.
- Client specification and data-exchange documentation remains current, and reusable standards are adopted where appropriate.
