Job Description
1. Finished Goods Warehouse Management:
- Supervise the processes of finished goods receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation to ensure inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.
- Develop and implement warehouse management policies and standard operating procedures to ensure warehouse operations meet company requirements.
2. Team Leadership and Performance Management:
- Lead and manage the warehouse team, responsible for performance evaluation, career development, and personnel management.
- Provide professional guidance and advice to promote skill enhancement and innovative thinking among team members.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the finished goods supply chain.
- Assess and resolve resource allocation and daily operational issues to achieve annual plans and key operational objectives.
4. Supply Chain Optimization and Risk Management:
- Possess expertise in multiple supply chain domains and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and propose comprehensive supply chain optimization solutions to address supply chain issues.
- Assess supply chain risks, implement preventive measures to control risks, and safeguard the interests of the business group.
