Customer Service Advisor

 Aka Recruitment are proud to be working with an exciting client of ours based in Leeds. Due to continued growth and workload, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and vibrant team. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekends involved, based in the Leeds office 3 times a week and 2 days WFH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking to develop their career within a growing business. Salary basic starts at £NLW with the offer of future progression also available

Job Duties Include:

• Handling calls from both new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Processing customer bookings accurately over the telephone
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
• Liaising with the relevant Departments regarding bookings and any additional requirements
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
• Identifying opportunities to support sales and develop customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role is essential
• Experience within the Automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• A professional approach with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting customers and the wider team
