The Role
Are you passionate about creating smooth and meaningful employee experiences? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support our daily People Operations. In this role, you'll help shape positive moments throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on general HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

·       Prepare reference letters, certificates, and a variety of personnel-related documents.

·       Maintain and update employee records, ensuring our HR systems are accurate and up to date.

·       Assist in the preparation and administration of employment contracts.

·       Collaborate with our external payroll provider by providing accurate employee data for payroll processing.

What’s Important to Us

·       You bring a hands-on mindset, approaching tasks proactively and with a solution-oriented attitude.

·       Ideally, you bring at least 3 years of experience in People Operations, allowing you to quickly settle into the role and contribute from day one.

·       You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

·       You’re initiative-driven, adaptable, and service-minded, with a keen eye for quality and a reliable, goal-oriented working style.

·       You enjoy working in a collaborative, friendly, and dynamic environment, and value cooperation across international teams.
