About the position:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced Reverse Logistics manufacturing, distribution, warehouse environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Leading and Mentoring a team of 18-25
- Deploying Lean Manufacturing principles
- Meeting our clients performance metrics
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
About you:
You are a great fit for this role if you:
- Have 3- 5 years in a leadership position, and thrive on employee coaching and development
- Hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above
- Have the mindset to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
