Overview

Quality & Governance Lead

Camden | Full Time | 37.5 Hours

Great services don't happen by chance. They are built through quality, learning and continuous improvement.

At Change Grow Live, we believe that every person deserves access to high-quality, compassionate and effective support.

Behind every successful recovery journey is a service that is constantly learning, improving and striving for excellence.

We're looking for a Quality & Governance Lead to help shape the future of our Camden service—driving quality, strengthening governance and ensuring that every person who accesses our service receives the best possible support.

This is a role for someone who is curious, analytical and passionate about improving outcomes. Someone who can turn insight into action, challenge constructively, and support teams to continuously develop their practice.

Why this role matters

Quality isn't just about compliance.

It's about creating services that are safer, more effective and more responsive to the needs of the people we support.

As Quality & Governance Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our Camden service achieve and maintain the highest standards of delivery. You'll lead audits, reviews and governance activity, identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside managers and practitioners to embed learning and best practice across the service.

You'll influence how we learn from incidents, strengthen professional practice and build a culture where quality improvement is everyone's responsibility.

Most importantly, you'll be committed to creating services that deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
