Requirements
TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose common mechanical concerns, seeking assistance with advanced diagnostics when needed.
- Complete maintenance and repairs, including brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, tire installation and repair, cooling systems, and fluid exchanges.
- Perform engine component repairs and air conditioning services within your skill level.
- Clearly document findings, completed repairs, and recommended services.
- Verify repair quality to ensure vehicles are safe and operating properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3+ years of hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to complete common mechanical repairs and scheduled maintenance independently.
- Working knowledge of diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information.
- ASE certifications strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continued technical development.
