Software Engineer

• Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Work From Home)

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can develop and maintain the software components of our AI system. The ideal candidate is able to execute independently, make sound engineering decisions, and bridge technical excellence with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend software components.
• Build and manage robust APIs and integration points (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
• Collaborate with data and AI team members to seamlessly integrate AI models into core systems.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and functionality through unit and integration testing.
• Provide technical leadership by making architectural, system design, and trade-off decisions.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers through regular code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Champion best practices in code quality, system scalability, and architecture design.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and assess potential risks.
• Support and contribute actively to agile development processes from an engineering perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience across backend and/or frontend domains.
• Proficiency in core programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proven experience in API development, integration, and designing end-to-end system architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Demonstrated track record of owning features or systems end-to-end from technical design to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and design choices.
• Ability to effectively balance technical quality with project timelines and business needs.
